Bank sync is read-only: Clario can never move your money. Unlimited Clario AI is subject to fair use. Bank sync for the UK & EU is not available yet; until it is, Clario works there with manual entries and statement imports.
Billing questions
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Clario. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Clario. You can also get there from Clario: Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where it is offered, the yearly plan starts with a free trial for new subscribers (7 days in the US, Canada and most countries). The store shows the trial length and the price before you confirm. You are not charged during the trial; if you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly price is charged by Apple or Google and the subscription renews every year until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them under their policies. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: your Google Play order history (play.google.com → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). We can’t issue store refunds ourselves, but if something went wrong, email support@clarioapp.net and we’ll help.
Not yet. Each person uses their own Clario account. With Pro you can share jars with family and friends, so you can save toward a goal together.
The prices on this site are our standard price list in US dollars. The App Store and Google Play set the final price for each country, convert it to your local currency and add taxes where they apply, so what you pay can differ. The store always shows the exact price before you confirm.
A one-time purchase at the founder price that unlocks Pro for the lifetime of the service, including Pro features we add later. There is nothing to renew or cancel. You buy it in the app, through the App Store or Google Play.
Bank sync is part of Pro. It works in the US and Canada through Plaid and in Ukraine through Monobank. UK and EU bank sync through Plaid is coming soon. Everywhere else — and on the Free plan — you can add accounts by hand or import a bank statement, and the protocol works exactly the same.
Not yet. You subscribe inside the Clario app, through the App Store or Google Play. Your plan then works everywhere you sign in, including the web dashboard.
