Clario is an independent budgeting app made in Ukraine. It does one thing well: when your pay lands, it covers your bills first and shows you what’s truly yours to spend.

Why Clario exists

Most budgeting apps show you where money went after it’s gone. Clario starts at the moment you’re paid: set the bills aside first, keep savings safe, and turn what’s left into one honest daily number.

What it is — and isn’t

Clario is a read-only tool for planning and tracking your money. It isn’t a bank, it doesn’t move money, and it doesn’t give financial advice. Bank sync works in the US and Canada (Plaid) and Ukraine (Monobank); everywhere else you add money by hand or from a statement.

How we work

  • Read-only bank access. Clario can never move your money.
  • No ads and no selling of data. Your financial data is used only to run Clario for you.
  • Honest pricing: the protocol is free; Pro and Founder Lifetime are optional.
  • You stay in control: delete your account and all your data in Settings at any time.
